Video: Julian Lennon - "Too Late for Goodbyes"
In honor of Julian Lennon's 48th birthday today, here's the video for his 1984 release, "Too Late for Goodbyes." Julian was just 21 years old at the time.
"Too Late For Goodbyes" is a single from Julian's 1984 album Valotte. The song was a top-ten hit in both the UK and the US. It went to number six in the UK Singles Chart (November 1984), and number five on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart (March 1985). It also went all the way to number one on the US Adult Contemporary chart in 1985.
I've never understood why the video has that guy in the doorway jumping around and dancing...

This is on Julian's song that I really like. He sounded like his father John in this song.

I remember when this song came out in 1985 how it sounded so much like John Lennon.I am so glad that he followed in his fathers footsteps.I wish he could have gotten together with Paul,Ringo and George,(when he was still alive), and recorded a song.That would have sounded great.
